I enjoyed the ease of ordering online especially since I was out of town. The design was delivered on time and was very pretty.
I will say I thought the delivery charge was a little steep since the church and funeral home were around the corner.

I looked all over online to order all white flowers for my dear friend in NC that lost her spouse. I ordered the Simplicity Arrangement that stated all white flowers, with a note. What she received was a multicolored arrangement and the note was not what I had wrote. I understand it won't be exactly like the picture but when it states in the description ALL WHITE flowers, that is what should be delivered, especially at $75. Highly dissatisfied and unhappy customer!

Im so sorry about the mix up,but when I received your order the description was white lily with lots of color.There must have been some communication problems with your sending florist.Also I put what was sent to me on the card message.Im so very sorry this happened to you.We try very hard to make sure we have happy customers.Maybe next time just call the order in directly to me & I will be truthful with telling you if I have everything you want to make your flowers custom made.I did however put more lilies in the arrangement than it called for.
